Professional Partnership Network

More Group Capital Services provides a range of support services which include transaction support, investor and lender loan facilities, escrow services, and SPV management. We act as Security Trustee on a variety of transactions, both in the public sphere and on niche private deals involving alternative finance providers. Our company is well known for our proactive approach, efficient completion of waivers and approvals, and full independence as a nonbank trustee.

We work with a wide range of partners who refer businesses to us who require reliable and compliant financial services. Some of the areas we have supported our partners with include but not limited to:

  • Receiving Agent professional partnership
  • Security Trustee professional partnership
  • Special Purpose Vehicle/Entity professional partnership
  • Section 21 sign off
  • Brokers for minibonds

Amongst some of our competitors the standard turnaround time for the Know Your Client (KYC) processes is 4-8 weeks, which can cause unnecessary delays in the deals. Our team can efficiently process these requests in several days, providing a streamline service to maximise your success in closing deals.
