We work with all parties to deliver document reviews promptly and in a streamlined manner.

Mike Conroy (Director)

Mike initially trained as a Chartered Certified Accountant with Perrys, a mid-sized accountancy firm in London and the South East. He then moved into tax, qualifying as Chartered Tax Advisor heading up the international tax department for a specialist independent tax practise based in London.

Mike has over fifteen years’ experience providing both UK and International Tax advice to corporate and private clients ensuring their affairs are structured tax efficiently and wealth generated, protected.

Atul Sharma (Director)

Atul graduated from University of Wales with a degree in International Business Management. Prior to joining More Group Capital Service, Atul was part of a global property firm. He was involved in several high-profile transactions across London. His detailed research enabled clients to make informed investment decisions and maximise value.

Atul went on to work for an alternative assets industry’s leading source of data and intelligence company. Specialising in providing data and information on the private equity, real estate, hedge fund, infrastructure, private debt and natural resources asset classes.

Atul now specialises in security trustee, receiving agent and multi-jurisdictional business solutions.
